App Use Terms
Memoricae is an iOS flashcard study app that turns flashcards into hunts. By using Memoricae, you agree to use the app lawfully, keep your account secure, and avoid interfering with the app, backend services, or other users.
Accounts and Sign-In
Memoricae may offer Apple sign-in and email-code sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account access method secure and for contacting support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
User-Created and Imported Decks
You are responsible for the flashcard decks and card content you create, import, or study in Memoricae, including supported .apkg files. Do not create or import content that you do not have the right to use, or content that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Optional Purchases
- Memoricae Plus is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription.
- Memory Pass is an optional non-renewing seasonal purchase.
- Purchases are handled by Apple through In-App Purchase and the App Store.
- Refunds and cancellations are handled through Apple and Apple ID purchase settings.
Purchase availability, pricing, taxes, renewal behavior, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility may be shown by Apple at the time of purchase or in Apple ID purchase settings.
Rewards and Cosmetics
Memoricae may include quests, Memory Pass rewards, cosmetics, and other progression systems. These features are part of the app experience and may change as the app is updated.
Service Availability
We work to keep Memoricae reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. Features may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, updates, or platform provider issues.
Changes to the App or Terms
Memoricae may change over time, including features, rewards, supported import behavior, prices, and these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date when appropriate.
