Account and Sign-In Help
Memoricae supports Apple sign-in and email-code sign-in. If you cannot access your account, include the sign-in method you used and the email address associated with the account when you contact support.
Importing .apkg Decks
Memoricae supports importing compatible .apkg decks. If an import fails, send the app version, the deck size, and a short description of what happened. Do not send copyrighted deck files unless support specifically asks for a diagnostic copy that you have permission to share.
Starter Decks
Starter decks are included to help you begin studying quickly. If starter deck content does not download or appears incomplete, contact support with your device model and iOS version.
Restore Purchases
Open Memoricae, go to Settings, then choose Restore Purchases.
Apple handles App Store refunds and subscription cancellation through Apple ID purchase settings. You can manage subscriptions and request eligible refunds through your Apple account.
Memoricae Plus
Memoricae Plus is an optional monthly subscription. If Plus access does not appear after purchase, try Restore Purchases first, then contact support with the approximate purchase time if the issue remains.
Memory Pass
Memory Pass is an optional seasonal purchase for reward progression during a season. If rewards or entitlement status look incorrect, restore purchases and contact support if the problem continues.
Reporting Bugs or Feedback
Send bugs, crashes, import problems, confusing flows, or feature feedback to support@memoricae.app. Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the issue when possible.
