How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Memoricae account and associated data, email support@memoricae.app.
Use the subject line:
Delete my Memoricae account
Please send the request from the email address used for your Memoricae account. If needed, we may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
Data Deleted
- Memoricae account record.
- Email login identity.
- User-created decks and cards stored on Memoricae servers.
- Deck sync and import metadata.
- Memory Pass and app progression data linked to the account.
- Cosmetic and loadout data linked to the account.
Data That May Be Retained
- Purchase transaction records required for billing, refund, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
- Security and server logs for a limited retention period.
- Aggregated analytics that no longer identify the user.
Deletion Timeframe
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership.
